 If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we invite you to read our policy on refunds and returns.

Goods bought must be in their initial package, any opened tool, or glaze will not be returned. 

Ceramic bought cannot be exchanged.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged to money or other services
